Funny story of the week
|
When I wake up in the morning I always take a bath before going to school. ( as do all of you I would hope.) Well one morning I was really tired because I had stayed up late the night before watching ER and working on a term paper. I started my bath water and laid down on the floor to wait for my bath to fill. The next thing I knew, I was dreaming I was on a boat. The water kept hitting me on the side of the face because the boat was sinking. I woke up and realized it wasn't a dream. The water really was hitting me on the face. I had overflowed the bathtub. The water was coming out of it in waves. I stopped the water quickly and released the drain. I sopped up the water that was on the floor. Later I went into the laundry room to find a pair of shorts. Our laundry room is directly below our bathroom. I had flooded the laundry room also. The water had come through the ceiling. The carpet was soaked. All the clothes were drenched. The light that was on the ceiling had been shorted out. The ceiling tiles were all ruined. Needless to say I'm not aloud to take a bath in the morning anymore.
